A couple days ago I started developing a mild sore throat, but then it became even more sore yesterday and since then I have had congestion of the ears, sore throat along with a cough, and feeling a little weak.
I have been taking cold medication over the counter (beechams all in one and strepsils) and it has eased a little, but I keep worrying it's something more serious. I am a ridiculous hypochondriac at times and worry excessively over my health.
Do you have any reassuring advice? I just need to stop myself over thinking things otherwise my anxiety will flare up and I'll run the risk of panic attacks.
