right side of neck vein bulge

For a while, I've noticed a slight bulge on the right side of my neck. I know since the Spring I have had chronic anxiety. I did go to a cardio doc and he ordered a stress echo done and that came back okay. I had a holter for 24 hours, everything was okay except a slight tachy with anxiety. The "neck vein bulge" I had felt since May, if there was something like a clot or anersyum, surely the echo would've saw that.

I do feel some flucating heaviness that comes and goes each day, maybe it is anxiety.

Hi, I have this too sometimes. Usually for a few days at a time. I don't actually see anything if I look in a mirror but it feels like a bulging, pulsing sensation down one side of my neck, kind of like in a cartoon when characters get angry and they have that head pulse, but on my neck.
