headache

Hi guys I'm a newbie here but been getting advise from here for years. I've had a headache for three days now and getting really panicked, do you worry when you have headache too, I'm convinced it's a brain tumour or something similar.

Hi Mattyjp, I get a lot of headaches from my neck. I've also noticed that anxiety can cause headaches too. I think it's from being tense all the time. If your anxiety is playing up at the moment this could be the cause. It should ease as your anxiety eases (if that's the cause). Don't forget to keep the water intake up too. Hope you feel better soon.

I get these really frequently too. I'm positive it's just stress caused by anxiety. Nothing to worry about. It will go :)
