Cold Feet

I've noticed recently with the cold weather recently my feet seem to be as cold as ice cubes all the time.

Perhaps it could be down to the meds I'm taking (Paroxetine), I never noticed this being a problem before.

I wondered if this is just due to anxiety or whether I have bad circulation or something?

I saw my GP today and mentioned this to her. She said that it was probably just due to anxiety, in that when you get anxious your body usually diverts blood away from your hands and feet to your vital organs in a 'fight or flight' type thing. She didn't think it was anything to worry about unless it got worse.

I was begining to get thoughts of thrombosis and stupid things like that, silly eh.
