i have been great fighting anxiety im back to me today felt me more than ever ! i had a aamazing day i still had my grumpy temper i have got from this but because iv had a good day i think im going to basasically die i dyed my sosters hair then to take my mind off the lump in my throat was so impressed with the result like really proud and then now i have come to bed i feel i havw hundreds of hairs down my throat non of my sosters hair fell out ! anyways my throats tickly i keep coughing but my cough isnt powerful i get odd pop in chest noise too but i feel i camt breathe properly im starting to shake ! i know this all sounds so stupid but could this be a asthma attack my peek flow was 350 im 5ft7 and 9st ? dpctor didnt say anything about it either
