Hi all I'm just looking for a bit of reassurance . Lately I've been having what I can only describe as popping sensation under left breast area . It's like bubbles popping or something similar and with health anxiety I automatically think the worst... just wondering if anyone else gets this and if so what it could be.xxx

I have had that and assumed it was gas :-)

I've had it before too. Freaked me out at first... but then I realized that it was gas bubbles in my stomach that would pop and make noise whenever I was breathing heavy. My diaphragm would push on my stomach. Still happens, especially after eating a ton of pizza like I did yesterday.
