Hello,

I actually just checked and it turns out I signed up 6 years ago, but don't think I actually posted anything.

I'm a 41-year-old male who has been diagnosed with phobic anxiety disorder for the past 18 years and live in Surrey, UK.

Have been having big panic attacks lately, hence coming back on here.
