New marks on skin in multiple areas. Scared what they mean

Over the last couple of months, I have been noticing these new smooth reddish spots on my skin. The first I found was along my hairline, the second on my neck, and I just found another on the side of my knee. I have no idea what they could be because I have never had these before and they seem to all be new.

I just woke up this morning and took a look at the mark on my knee and it has now changed some. It is no longer just circular but has a little line coming out of it too. What could this be?

Do you mind me asking how old you are I too have little red marks like pun pricks I asked gp and was told they are normal just a sign of getting older I'm only 38 lol but if your worried wouldn't hurt to ask gp just to put your mind at ease

I have these aaaall over, I don't know what age they started but the older I get the more I have. I ask the dermatologist about them and she said the are called "puntos rubí" maybe in English it could be Ruby spots? She said it is nothing to worry about. My mother and brother also have loads of them xx

I'm only 26. I also have a couple of the little blood spots that are as big as a pin prick and slightly raised. These new marks are flat and seemed to all be coming at the same time though the one on my knee is more purple than the others
