Weak legs

Knelt down over shower to wash my hair and legs now feel shakes and weak. This happened last week as well
What's going on. I always wash my hair like this. Why is this now making my legs weak.
Thinking all sorts of things !.

That has happened to me loads of times, never thought anything of it. Maybe just bad posture, extra tired or anything, but I really wouldn't be concerned xx
