New member in rural Wales,

Just a short introduction. Brought up in a kind, loving home, always found social contact stressful. Married four years ago at 47 which has helped, but not taken away the anxiety. Breakdown eleven years ago, in a completely unsuitable career, due to parental pressure, maybe due to my own anxiety regards any decision making. On citalopram 40mg been beneficial, although am often very tired, still a worrier!
