As a constant worrier and HA sufferer, just wondered if anyone else has had a similar bout. On Monday, I received some terrible news about a close friend which has really upset me. Tuesday, felt really down and not really in the mood for eating. Since then, my appetite is up+down. Feel bloated after eating, constipated and dropped 2lbs. For the first time in years, it's affecting my sleep-getting up really early. Lots of cold sweats, inability to concentrate etc. The news, still on my mind is fuelling my recent symptoms-vicious circle etc. I also started 50mg Sertraline last weekend. So-stress/meds/or something worse? HA is a terrible thing.
