Hi guys, love this site, first time poster here. Anyway I have a high resting heart rate 96. Most of the time when I am up doing the usual mom stuff it's 120s. Had ecg, dr said I did have a high resting rate but not to warrant any further investigation. Last year I had a 24 heart monitor on found some interesting results. My resting heart rate is 50 when I'm sleeping but as soon as I have wake up my average rate was 87( report said that was rather rapid!) So could such a jump be anxiety? I've had a echo that was good but a high resting too. So the only time my heart gets some much needed tlc is when I'm sleeping. Can anixety do this. Cheers
