Hello all,
I've seen quite a few posts on here from people on long waiting lists for CBT or other therapies. Has anyone else been offered CBT via Skype? I had my over-the-phone assessment for my HA/depression/OCD tendencies and I got a call back later that day with the offer of live CBT via Skype online. You sign up via a website on bigwhitewall.com.
Has anyone else done this? The waiting list can't be long for it as I've got onto it right away and there are certainly people who suffer a lot more than I do (not to downplay my own problems, but for instance I've never had suicidal thoughts or attempts..touch wood).
Just wondering anyway...any feedback?
