Hi.
I'm ten weeks pregnant. This morning when I woke up I vomited up clear bile.
Half an hour later I drunk some cranberry juice which came back up purple colour.
Two hours later I vomited up red stuff ( all ththe vomit was red ) which I'm terrified is blood. I've been to a and e who just sent me back home and said probably a tear in the osgephagus My temp and heart rate is elevated to.
I'm terrified of getting a cut in my pipe which can be life threatening if left untreated. I'm in no pain but my throat feels very sore and dry.
I've no idea how to calm down.
The last time I vomited before this was Friday afternoon and the time before that was last Sunday.

Your heart rate could be elevated because you are nervous and afraid.
Did you have the temperature when you were in A&e? What temp?

Yes they took it, they didn't tell me the temp

If you've been to the a and e and they were not concerned, then I wouldn't worry. If there was even the possibility of it being something life threatening, they wouldn't have sent you home.

Thanks.
My throat is hurting now though, it's never hurt 7.5 hours after throwing up. I'm so concerned.

Cranberry juice is red it's 99% sure to be that

I agree with Sam...You drank cranberry juice therefore the vomit would be red.

Thanks.
After I drunk it it came up purple Straight away, then two hours later was when I had red vomiting. I only drunk a few sips so don't see how this can be due to the juice ?

My throat is very sore today and I'm convinced I'm dying. Im waiting for my death to happen.

Emma, you are fine.

Pregnancy is an anxious time anyway, but when you have anxiety anyway, so much harder.

I would say that the best thing that you can do is be open with your midwives about your fears and concerns. There are midwives who specialise in these kind of worries and can be very helpful.

Thanks lilac.
My boyfriend has been really supportive today which is lovely as I have someone to talk to about it.
I will speak to my midwife. I was also thinking of seeing my gp tomorrow but not sure what to say/do?
I've found my anxiety has really come back since finding out I'm pregnant and I'm struggling. I bet I'll still worry when he/she is born.
I need to help my self though but I'm at a loss as how to again. I was doing so well and I feel so let down with my self.

Relax, don't be so hard on yourself! Pregnancy is an anxious time for every woman.

I've not long ago given birth so the anxiety you get with pregnancy is still fresh in my mind. When you see your GP ask what your options are of dealing with your anxiety whilst pregnant, she'll go through each option and maybe help you work out some coping techniques.

Definitely mention it to your midwife too, all the midwives I saw whilst pregnant (a lot of different ones) were absolutely AMAZING and I found their advice/help invaluable!

Congratulations by the way!! :D
