Swollen lymph nodes /gland

Can anyone put my mind at ease please I have a lump behind my ear noticed it a few days ago , I've had this before it goes up and down, I've also noticed what looks like a swollen lymph node gland on my neck just under my ear , I've been prodding it all day which probably hasn't helped what could this be I'm scared I've got lymphoma 😞

Leave the glands alone. We all have them, if you didn't you wouldn't be alive. I have one behind my ear that's always there and gets bigger sometimes. I also have one on the side of my neck that feels like a marble. Then obviously I can feel others under my jaw and in my groin and in my armpit. If you are slim, you can feel them easily. It's when they're the size of an orange and you can't avoid seeing in bulging out that something is the matter. Plus, lymphoma isn't usually where you have said. You're probably just fighting something off or maybe they're always like that. Stop touching it x
