Hi all.

Thank you for my Birthday wishes.

My Birthday didn't get off to a good start, but my day is ok now. Now I've had something to eat.

Later on today, I am going out, to spend time with my family.

I have had a lovely Skype chat with my Australian friend.

To be honest, i'm not feeling upto going out, but I will have to do so. Went out last night and am feeling tired now.

I will post later to leave more Birthday gossip.:)

Lovely Presents and Cards. Birthday tea with family and relatives and a good time had by all.

I had a long anxiety attack before i set off, but luckily it passed, once I got to be with the Party guests.

I couldn't believe I was anxious on my Birthday.

Two days in a row, i've been out. Feeling so proud of myself.
