Pains

Hello all can anyone help me i keep getting these crapy pains down my left arm is this another anxiety thing i get this thing in my head its a heart attack i am having help me.

I have had this too - different pains come and go with anxiety.

Do you find they recede when you are busy or distracted? Anxiety pains usually go away when we don't have time to worry about them.

Yes when i am busy i dont't feel them but when i am just sitting down chilling i feel them coming does this make sence to you.

It is probably because you concentrate more on them when not doing things.
