Why am I full of rage?

Feeling soooo angry and moody.. Been abit tearful these last 2 days aswel. But I can't shift this angry rage feeling bursting threw my body.. It's awful. I have 2 beautiful children that iv had to send to there dads because the teeny tiniest thing is making me very angry. Has anyone else had this?

I get a bit like this just before my period. Could it be that?

Iv just had a period. Iv been very stressed lately. It's a horrible feeling I'm having �� Just want it to go away. Iv never felt so angry and full of rage in all my life. The smallest things are really annoying me ��
