Worried About These Moles. Losing My Mind?

Slight backstory, I am 21-years-old and have had these for as long as I can remember. I have not noticed any changes, but haven't been so vigilant. The first one is the one I'm most concerned about, as it is approximately 6mm or 1/4 of an inch. I'm scared they're melanoma and that they'll destroy if not end my life and my appearance. Having any sort of cancer has always been my biggest fear, I'm terrified of doctors and needles. I can't seem to stop worrying. Thoughts?

No one can diagnose via a photo. The fact they've been there for a long time bodes well. Best to get the opinion of a medical professional. I will say the first one with the spots has some personality to it :)

Thanks. I made an appointment with a regular MD at my health center today and he told me they were fine, twice, and that if he had any uncertainty he'd have referred me to a dermatologist. HA crisis averted...for now.
