So I went to a different counselling place today since the NHS funded one had a ridiculous 20 weeks waiting list. It's a registered charity and independent voluntary organisation which helps women and even has different group activities that can help with anxiety/depression. The waiting list is only 4 weeks or less.
I really had a great consultation with the counsellor who really listened to my worries about health anxiety and other things that I've been struggling with since I was younger. I hope this place can help me and give me a more hopeful future. :)
