Hello - panic and anxiety since age 3

I'm 42 now and have had anxiety and panic attacks since I was a small child- I have 2 kids of my own- I am a teacher at a local university - nice to meet everyone

Wow! Do you actually remember anxiety from such a young age? Or has someone told you about it?
I'm just curious because my daughter is 6 and has anxiety xxx

I can remember when I was 6 going on 7 when my grandad passed away I started to feel anxious. At the time I thought I felt ill but looking back I can see that I was feeling anxious.
