Well, I ate fly tonight or smth

Was driving with my friend tonight on highway, windows open, talking and GULP...I felt smth in my throat and swallowed it...could be fly, mosquito, no idea...

Did anyone have similar experience? Could I get sick?

Nah wouldn't worry about it. People swallow bugs all the time in their sleep and nothing happens, we are none the wiser.
