Head pain

No idea really what is going on. Does anyone get not really headaches but shooting head pains from anxiety?? Not going to lie they seem to come and go after a period of anxiousness but just want to check? Sometimes they can be painful but other times they can be just kind of uncomfortable contractions (if that makes it clearer) like zaps I guess but I do not really know what a zap is....

Hi yes all the time. Not sure if they are due to anxiety but they definitely make me feel anxious �� haven't had them for awhile fingers crossed but can have them for weeks and other times just a day or so.
