I agree, the pailpation forum is a good resource, specifically targetting the area of our issues with palpitations. Of which I suffer :(

With the No more Panic site and the Palpitations forum, I am starting to deal with these little bleeders and hope to move on and not panic about them very soon :D

So yes, thanks cazza, and thanks to RLR who runs the forum. I have noticed that RLR has now registered on this site, as we keep raving about the No More Panic site on that forum too!!!

So welcome RLR, and thanks to both resources, without which I would be a mess right now.
