Has anyone got any tips about how to deal with panic or anxiety in daily life?

Sometimes I feel panicky if I have to rush and haven't got time to so something, suppose one way would bee to plan ahead before doing something so as not to be rushing at the last minute. Apart from that has anyone got any other tips that they have found to be good when dealing with anxiety?

I am trying to find solutions myself...... But for me, drinking plenty of water......not tea/coffee as they cause palpitations..... Trying to exercise as often as possible.....at least one cardio type a week and also yoga for helping to relax. Plenty of sleep.... And anything to distract me from over thinking.......over thinking is the problem I have which leads to anxiety....
