Neck pain

On the left side my neck really hurts. It's in the back of my head right under the base of my skull. feels better if I press on it but it really hurts. Came out of nowhere. I'm really scared. Not sure if it's a muscle spasm or what but I'm scared it's serious. Help!!!!

This is tension of your neck. Yoy need to get it massaged out. I have had this for months.

Pinched nerve? Try tilting your head the opposite direction and the looking up toward the opposite direction. This stretches that muscle group.
