I have a pain in my neck. It's kinda behind my left ear at the base of my skull. But it wrap around almost or the spine in my neck. I have a hot water bottle on it and if help a tiny bit. It came out of nowhere. Actually I was eating frozen yogurt then it started hurting bad. Idk what it is but it's pretty painful and I'm painting that it's serious. My anxiety is crazy right now. My heart is racing and I can't calm down. Please say anything!
