Yesterday I woke up feeling dizzy ( the spinning type of dizzy) and I felt dizzy for the whole of yesterday and today up till now ... Wonder what's wrong .

It's so hard to say what could be wrong - there are many things that could cause this. The best thing to do - if the dizziness does not go away - is to see your doctor and get him to check things out.

I had this same issue. It turned out that I had positional vertigo. Could be an ear infection as well. See your Doctor to rule out any anxiety you may have. Hope you feel better.

This happened to me last week for a couple of days, in my case I couldn't make out wether it was coming from my neck or a bad stomach, in any case it just disappeared as it started, hope same happens to you xx

You could have labrinthitis. It's an inner ear infection xx

For me anxiety makes me dizzy. I so far have not been told i have any sort of vertigo etc, anxiety alone can cause dizziness.
