lower abdominal pain after walking

This doesn't happen too often but it bothers me sometimes. It's like a sharpish pain in the lower part of my stomach and goes after some time. Anybody else experienced this? (not a side stich). Im not worrying too much as ive had this ages ago and it went, plus Im a hypochondriac. :shrug:. (Not googling)

I have this too sometimes.
I think it is indeed a varient on the stich but because of poor walking posture manifests in the lower abdomen.

i know exactly what you mean i was walking on walls in chester and i get a pain in my lower right abdoman and feels like a stitch then found out i keep tearing my lower oblique muscle alot of people who run and walk long distances is common
