Hi. Right now, I really need some support. I been worring about hyperventilation, which has resulted in panic attacks which cause me to both hyperventilate and get a tight throat, which results in more panic, etc. I'm worried that I'll get cerebral hypoxia, loose consciousness and get brain damage and/or die. I know this is completely crazy and that I've had panic attacks before, but I can't get my mind out of this cycle.

You'll be fine. You need to remember that you've hyperventilated before, and nothing bad has happened. Breathe in through your nose for about 7-8secs, then exhale out of your mouth. Remember, it will take at least 3min of doing this. X
