Hi all
I normally post in the health anxiety forum but here I am as I am going to Florida in 3 weeks and it will be the first time I've flown so I'm getting really nervous, mainly because I have a fear of being sick and am worried I will feel/be sick on the plane. Has anyone taken something like Valium with a motion sickness tablet? I am going to go to the dr for the Valium and will check with her but thought I'd check here in the meantime.
I am so excited at the prospect of going to the U.S. :yahoo:So don't want it ruined by my anxiety about the plane ride. Any advice would be much appreciated
