Recently I've been having the worst panic attacks (if that's what they are). I am on edge and I do start worrying and panicking about the breathing thing. I get a wave come across me and then my heart starts to go faster and faster and I go hot, or cold and shaky. My breathing goes very fast, it won't stop down. Short and fast breaths. I try to extend them, it won't go away. Not enough air etc
