As a smoker of 35+ years who has stopped for a whole seven days, I'm worried I may have left it too late!! Symptoms are..one night this week, a tiny pinprick of blood in phlegm (yes, an obsessive checker), tightness on left chest side, tight and sore throat, tickling sensation in throat.
Checked over by GP 2 weeks ago and lungs sounded clear, b. pressure AOK etc. No hacking cough and weight constant.
Any advice-support welcomed as my anxiety is in freefall!!
