Hello. I'm a 34 year old (a few weeks from turning 35) woman from the USA. I'm on Welbutrin for depression and anxiety, and the depression is well under control, but I still have some occasional anxiety issues. I have PVCs and the rare panic attack, but typically just have some generalized anxiety. At this very moment I am traveling with my mom for 10 days in Europe and have been fine during the day but experiencing some moderate anxiety at night when I should be sleeping soundly. I look forward to tips and support.
