Hi Guys,
I haven't posted in a while but felt the need to after a couple of anxiety attacks whilst on my holiday..
I am in paphos for a week been here less that 72 hours and already had a couple of panic attacks
I currently have bleeding gums but it's almost gonna put in hospital over here and then my daughter will have to fend for herself ( she is a grown adult of 21)
But convinced I am gonna end up really poorly...
And as you all know the panic brings on symptoms of God only knows what and then it's a viscous circle.
I'm sorry to post my just being able to write my stupidness makes me fell a little less stupid xx
