Hi my name is margy, i have just joined today, i suffer with anxiety/panic attacks, my gp gave me propranalol to take and its scaring me abit, it does calm me down but it slows ur heart rate, and i am panicking that it will slow down too much.

Can anyone help, give me some reassurance.

I'm sure your doc won't have given you such a high dose to slow your heart rate too much.
