Stomach bug and inner ear virus doing the rounds here

I hate it when people around me become ill with things that are infectious!

I have two different neighbours with a really severe stomach bug and my closest friend is totally bedbound with severe vertigo and sickness.

The Dr surgery has said they are seeing alot of people with both of these problems plus a bad respiratory virus.

I feel like turning into a hermit and hiding away until it all passes.

I have been socialising with all of them this past week as well:scared15:

There are always bugs we can't avoid doing the rounds. If we hide away from them all we wouldn't build up any resistance to them.

I hope you manage to stay well, but don't worry if you catch any. At least you know what they are.
