Lightheaded when standing up

Lightheaded when standing up after 1 year of general anxiety
Could be postural hypotension from chronic overbreathing or muscle tension(knots in back)?
very annoying as i'm trying to recover and have been doing well.
anyone else suffer this?

Hi Calvin, could it be that you've just stood up quickly but reading more into it because of the anxiety? Try to not give it too much attention if you can. I know it's hard, but think of it that way. You just got up quickly. Most people get this. :).
