Anyone ever get tingling in their back around their spine behind their heart? I used to get this periodically especially if I was hunched over, like doing dishes at the sink for a while, almost like a muscle spasm. But lately it seems like its there on and off all day! It dissipates when I reach back and touch the area, but now I'm thinking it’s a heart problem like aneurism! I'm fighting the urge to Google it. It’s not painful, only like a sensation. I’m also convinced I have some neurological disease, and of course this just fuels my anxiety. Help!

Hi gabes, when I have been sat at the PC for a while, I get a tingling in my shoulder blade, but its also painful like a muscle spasm, as I have been sitting uncomfortably for a while.

When we have anxiety, we tend to hold our bodies very tensely, without even realising it, and this can result in aches and pains all over! This could be why you are experiencing it all day.

Hope this puts your mind at rest.
