Hi my name is Beverly and i suffer from anxiety and depression. I recently started taking the generic form of Celexa (citalopram). I've been on for about a month. The first 2 weeks were great, I felt calm and less anxious. Now the negative thoughts are beginning to creep in and im feeling more anxious. I'm currently on 20mg i'm worried and I wonder if i need to up the dose.
