Ectopic beats and PMS!!

Hey I'm new here!! I created this awhile ago but was hesitant to post I mostly read but I'm so sick of these pvcs and pacs. I've worn two golfer monitor. 2 weeks at a time for both, stress test ekg you name it I've done it and they scare me so much!! I get an adrenaline rush with them. It seems they only real act up the week before my period ugghh!!!!!

I know for me the week before my period and even about 3 days in my anxiety is worse and yes that definitely increases the amount of ectopic heartbeats I get. They're not nice. I find if I distract myself they settle down a lot quicker.
