Anyone Else?

Hello again! So just a quick question, does anyone else with Health Anxiety have hallucinations and feel thing that arent actually there? For example a "lump" you feel it and ask someone else to feel it too and they cant? Or you see a mole on the skin as being irregular when others say its not? My Mum always looks at me feels the so called lum and says she cant feel a thing.
Can Health Anxiety do this to the mind? I can understand seeing things differently but feeling things that arent there?
