Tiny pin prick red spots

Somebody help me. This is a subject I know has been discussed to death on here previously and trust me I've read all posts regarding them. But with health anxiety you can't help but wonder... what If.. what if what I have is different. I am 31 year old female. Haven't had a blood count done in almost a year. And recently finding these itzy bitzy red spots UNDER my skin. Most are really tiny. Some a little larger. Quite a few on my arms. And some coming on my abdomen. They don't seem to all blanche. Although if I scratch them they dissappear and reappear. My biggest fear after Google is petachie and leukemia . I've seen many other possibilities .. but mine genuinely look like individual little blood spots. HELP ME I feel like a failure of a mother Because all I can focus on is symptoms of a fatal disease 😢😢😢😢😢

If it's any help I have them too all over my arms few on my legs aswell as a lump in the neck my health anxiety is through the roof atm I've had them for a few months now I did show the doctor and she was not concerned Mine seemed to come up with hot weather x

I have little red spots all over my body, doc told me years ago mine are ruby points.
Why don't you ask your doc or chemist? Xx

My doc seen them didn't seem worried. But their definetly under my skin little blood vessels. Tiny tiny and everytime I look I swear there's more. I'm so scared it's leukemia
