Does anyone else prod their chest?

I prod my chest a lot because there's this weird tense pain in it, is it possible that it's because i keep prodding it that it hurts in the first place? Its REALLY making me paranoid of my heart :huh:

That's your breast bone and hell yes, poking it will make it sore!

Absolutely! Prodding that area will cause muscle soreness!
Heart pain is very rarely in the area of the heart, and is almost never in one spot.
Don't worry, I had the same worries and am still here a year and a half later!
