I am wondering how anxiety affects folk in their minds/ heads.

For me intrusive thoughts, feelings constantly of impending doom, and a deep fear that I can't see the chance of ever getting better.

Yes, all the same as you plus a though that "this time" I will definitely die from it...lovely lol xx

Pretty much the same thoughts here, worst one for me is the fear of not getting better (even though I have seen improvement). The anxiety will make you believe almost anything though.
