When I joined here I was awaiting a appointment to see a therapist and wasn't sure in the type of anxiety I had
I've now had 2 sessions of therapy and so far it's general anxiety and health
My therapist is brilliant and I understand anxiety better now still a long way to go though but I will get there (healthy anxiety popping up the day )
If anyone wants to talk please just message me and I'll share my experience with you
