Hello,
I get these symptoms during a stressful event or when there's a lot of tension with my parents, and it is very unsettling.
It feels like there's something in my throat for half second. like a quick pinch. I feel it in the chest also. It is just for half second though.
It's been happening for 8 months, have done all tests (incl. blood test, heart test, lungs test) everyone says that I should not worry, it's just anxiety.
I wanna know if there's anyone else having this symptom. It lasts for 0.5 sec, but it is very unsettling. I think it might be something else, something more serious even though doc says that I should not worry about it.
