Hi I'm getting like a tightening feeling at the temples on both side its making me go dizzy has anybody else had this its really freaking me out!

Yep, I get this too! Being stressed causes so many muscles to tense up, especially ones you don't think you have.

Try massaging the muscles around the temple but also on top of your head and into your neck (they're all connected). Apply heat to your head / neck / shoulders. Try to shut your eyes and relax for a while.

If your posture at work is poor, try to change it or take more exercise to loosen up muscles. I guarantee this is all stress / muscle related!
