Healing book and audio

A friend of mine recently recommended a book called
'How to heal your life' by Louise Hay I am finding this book to be helpful. I have not completely read it but it just seems to be of some help.

'Today, I came across a video on YouTube, which really worked for me. I haven't come across one as effective for me before until I found this one.

While listening to it, I cried and smiled. I felt a weight lifted off of me. I have suffered from anxiety and health anxiety, and this video was of help to me. so thought I would share it with you.

Louise Hay also wrote "Love Yourself, Heal Your Life Workbook" which gives a great guide to working through your problems by writing them down following her path to recovery.
