Feels like someones pinching at my throat and chest?

Hi,

I'm on the 7th day of this horrific flare up that won't ease. Since Sunday I've felt like someones pinching at my throat and chest? I've seen some people get it for a few seconds, but has anyone had it constantly? Is this normal?

I get this when I am really stressed and tense. It feels like someone is literally pinching my muscles in my chest mainly (though I have had it in the throat too) with really sharp nails. It only lasts a second or two but my muscles feel stretched out but tighter after it. I have noticed I get it more if I sit hunched which happens to be most of the time.
